heart of hope

Hope Church is a place that extends love and mercy to everyone. All are welcome to attend our church. Hope Church is an independent non-denominational bible believing church that strives for unity among churches and followers of Jesus. The Church was commissioned by Jesus to go into all the world and help others have a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Part of the commission includes baptism, which we do through immersion.

As a church we believe there are essential beliefs, which all Jesus followers should share. Examples include:

God loves you and created you to know Him personally
God is One entity existing in three equal and divine forms: The Father, The Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus exists as God the Father’s only begotten Son.
Jesus left heaven to condescend as a man to bring the message of the Gospel to all the world.
Jesus died as a sacrifice to atone for the sins of those who place their trust and hope in Him.
The Holy Spirit indwells every Christian and guides them to greater love, obedience, and faithfulness.
Heaven and Hell are real. Heaven is a place where followers of Jesus will spend eternity. There is also a great chasm that separates heaven from hell and God determines the outcome of those who do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Every Christ follower is a minister and empowered to do the work Jesus commanded us to do.
Followers should be active in worship, community and be on mission for Jesus.
The church is the only true hope for the world.
